I'm an advocate for Health At Every Size principles and reclaiming “health” as so much more than the number on the scale. I firmly believe in an all-foods-fit approach to nutrition, recognizing that food is more than just nutrients – it carries memories, emotions, and connection as well.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Adults
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to increase insight and awareness into disordered eating behaviors, increase motivation for change, reframe beliefs and thought patterns about food that no longer serve you, and practice repeated exposure to foods or food-related situations that cause distress or anxiety. I strike a balance between meeting my clients where they're at and helping them move the needle one step at a time through reflective listening and dynamic counseling.
Family-based Treatment for Adolescents
In the early stages of treating adolescents with eating disorders, I work to empower caregivers to step into their critical role as the agent's of change in their child's recovery. I understand there is no one-size-fits-all approach for every family, so I strive to provide guidance and offer suggestions that will meet your family's needs. My ultimate goal is to help your child break free from the eating disorder and return to their authentic self.
